The Largest Global LCL Consolidators Network Conference was successfully concluded at Shangri-la Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from June 8-11, 2026. This event brought together over 480 LCL Consolidators from around the world, making it our biggest NEPTUNE conference yet!

We kicked off the week in style with our Neptune Fellowship Golf Game at the stunning Glenmarie Golf & Country Club - a perfect blend of friendly competition, networking, and unforgettable moments on the green.

Neptune golfers showcased their talent and sportsmanship on the green. Congratulations to our Golf Champions: Omar Barakat of NAUTIC LOGISTICS from Egypt, along with Dat Do of ONE WORLD LOGISTICS from Vietnam, Wilson Rading of DFS EXPRESS LINES LTD from Kenya, and Matthew Zeludko of CUSTOM LOGISTIC SERVICES from New Zealand.

The Neptune Welcome Cocktail kicked off the week in championship style, with delegates proudly representing their favorite football teams and countries in colorful jerseys. At the heart of the conference, the Face-to-Face Meetings brought together over 480 LCL Consolidators for a productive day of reconnecting with familiar partners, forging new relationships, and exploring business opportunities. The sessions showcased the power of networking and collaboration that continue to drive the Neptune family forward.

Our Morning Yoga Session gave members the perfect opportunity to recharge, reset, and start the day with positive energy. Set in a peaceful atmosphere, delegates stretched, relaxed, and embraced a moment of wellness before diving into another exciting day of meetings and networking. It was a refreshing reminder that a healthy mind and body are just as important as building strong business connections.

Day 3 ended on a high note with an unforgettable Sunset Cocktail at Mesa on 51, where the dazzling Petronas Twin Towers stole the show against the Kuala Lumpur skyline. Our Consolidators and LCL Forwarders traded meeting rooms for music, cocktails, and incredible vibes. With glasses clinking, conversations flowing, and the dance floor buzzing, the energy was off the charts. From golden hour views to late-night grooves, it was a night of laughter, celebration, and memories that will keep #NEPTUNEinKL alive long after the week is over.

Before heading into our final session, delegates took one last walk around KL.

From the Petronas Twin Towers to the Dharma Realm Guan Yin Monastery and across the Saloma Link Bridge, cameras were out and memories were made before everyone headed back to close out the conference.

Neptune Happy Hour at the Ballroom Foyer was the ultimate way to wrap up an incredible week in Kuala Lumpur. After days packed with meetings and networking, it was finally time to swap business cards for beer glasses and celebrate all the connections, conversations, and memories made along the way. With laughter filling the room and good vibes all around, it was the perfect chance to unwind and toast to another successful #NEPTUNEinKL.
