The Largest Global LCL Consolidators Network Conference was successfully concluded at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, from June 10-13, 2025. This event brought together over 400 Consolidators & LCL Forwarders from around the world, making it our biggest NEPTUNE conference yet!

Before the official kickoff of the conference, our Neptune Fellowship Golf Game teed off at the stunning Kemer Golf & Country Club — a perfect setting for friendly competition and networking on the green.

Neptune golfers showcased their talent and sportsmanship on the green. Congratulations to our Golf Champions: Mayur Aiya of Freightbridge Logistics PVT. LTD from India, who was also named Most Valuable Player (MVP), along with Juno Nam of Nauri Logistics Co. LTD from South Korea, Victor Tran of Dolphin Sea Air Services Corp. from Vietnam, and Richard Rodriguez of Eastern Oriental Logistics from Singapore.

This year’s Neptune Welcome Cocktail burst with energy and pride as delegates arrived in vibrant national attire and jerseys, sharing stories and sparking new connections that celebrated the incredible diversity and unity of our global Neptune family. The excitement soared with the “Around the World Bottles” activity, where members showcased unique beverages from their home countries, adding a dynamic international flair that fueled the spirit of collaboration and cultural celebration for the conference ahead.

The Neptune Morning Plenary Session was a dynamic start to the day, packed with important updates, inspiring talks, and meaningful recognitions. The session opened with Network Management Updates that set the stage for the day’s agenda and future initiatives. New members were warmly welcomed during the Newbie Open Mic, giving fresh voices a chance to introduce themselves and connect. The energy continued with a Collab Shoutout, celebrating recent successful partnerships within the network.

Awards were also presented to the Neptune Pre-Conference Golf Game champions: Juno Nam of NAURI LOGISTICS CO. LTD (South Korea), Mayur Aiya of FREIGHTBRIDGE LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. (India), Victor Tran Dang Nam of DOLPHIN SEA AIR SERVICES CORP. (Vietnam), and Richard Adrian Rodriguez of EASTERN ORIENTAL LOGISTICS (Singapore). Jeremiah delivered a standout keynote, providing practical tips and engaging insights to help members enhance their professional online presence. This was followed by a lively panel discussion featuring insights from Renato Nogueira of FAM Cargo (Brazil), Dr. Vivian Castelino of FLG Shipping & Logistics (UAE), Jiss Matthew of Global Solutions (India), and Kim Tirard of Blue Shipping (Belgium), led by Nils Walle.

The core of the conference, the 'Face-to-Face Meetings,' saw over 400 Consolidators & LCL Forwarders reconnect and establish new partnerships. It was a productive day of networking and collaboration.

Day 3 wrapped up with an unforgettable Sunset Cruise on the stunning Bosphorus, where our Consolidators and LCL Forwarders let loose after a full day of meetings. The vibe? Electric. With music pumping, glasses clinking, and conversations flowing, it was a night of pure celebration and connection. From skyline views to dance floor grooves, Neptune Istanbul delivered yet another memory to treasure.

More than just building partnerships, the NEPTUNE Conference became a stage for creating lasting friendships that go beyond business.

Neptune Happy Hour at the Fuji Foyer was the perfect way to toast the final day of our Neptune Conference — a blend of business and brews in a relaxed, celebratory setting. After a packed schedule of meetings, our members came together to unwind, reflect on the past few days, and share one last round of laughs and connections.
