The Largest Global NVOCC & LCL Cargo Network Conference was successfully concluded at Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort in Phuket, Thailand, from May 16-19, 2024. This event brought together 400 Consolidators & LCL Forwarders from around the world, making it our biggest NEPTUNE conference yet!

Before the official start of the conference, our Neptune Fellowship Golf Game took place at the Loch Palm Golf Club. Despite the hot and humid weather, the Neptune golfers showcased their skills. Congratulations to Dat Do of One World Logistics from Vietnam, our Golf Champion, followed by Chris Hellow of Troy Container Line from the USA, and Kyung Sik (K.S.) Moon of JS International Korea from South Korea!

With a tropical theme, the Neptune Welcome Cocktail allowed delegates to mingle, dance, and party in their best tropical or beach wear. The "Around the World Bottles" activity added an international flavor, with members sharing unique beverages from their home countries. Despite a last-minute venue change, it was a memorable opening night.

The conference officially opened with a performance of the Klong Sabat Chai, Northern Thailand’s most famous drum, symbolizing victory. Nils Walle, Director & Co-founder, followed with the NEPTUNE Network Updates Presentation. The 'Newbie Open Mic' session then allowed new members to introduce themselves and their companies.

A panel discussion featured insights from Claire Liu of Safety Group (China), Tom Ahmann of CLG Consolidation & Logistics GmbH (Germany), Daisy Yao of LUCKY LOGISTICS GROUP LTD (Hong Kong), Amin Altaf of Servotech Shipping (Pakistan), and Sam Aparo of FAMOUS PACIFIC SHIPPING VIC PTY LTD (Australia), led by Melvin Xavier.

The session concluded with our official NEPTUNE group photo.

The core of the conference, the 'Face-to-Face Meetings,' saw over 400 Consolidators & LCL Forwarders reconnect and establish new partnerships. It was a productive day of networking and collaboration.

Despite potential rain, delegates enjoyed a City Tour to the Big Buddha, adding a cultural touch to the event.

After a busy day, the night of Day 3 ended with Sunset BBQ Awards Dinner where our Consolidators & LCL Forwarders sang, grooved and partied the night away! In the middle of the party, the 5-year & 8-year loyal members were also awarded.
