The Biggest Global NVOCC & LCL Cargo Network Conference was successfully concluded at The Reverie Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam from May 17 - 20, 2023. The event brought together 320 Consolidators & LCL Forwarders from around the world for a memorable conference!

Before the official start of the conference, Neptune Cargo Network organized its first Neptune Fellowship Golf Game at Tan Son Nhat Golf Course. Despite the hot and humid weather, the Neptune golfers showcased their skills on the course. Mayur Aiya from Freight bridge Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (India) emerged as the 2023 Neptune Best Golfer, impressing everyone with his excellent swings.

Clad in casual white attires, it was a memorable opening cocktail to officially start the Neptune Cargo Network’s 5th Annual Partnership Meeting.

It was a fun experience to meet and rekindle relationships with the NEPTUNE Consolidators & LCL Forwarders.

Despite the rainy weather, the delegates had a fantastic time. The welcome cocktail was made possible by the sponsorship of Freight Bridge Logistics Pvt. Ltd. from India.

The conference began with Nils Walle, NEPTUNE director & co-founder, presenting the NEPTUNE Network Updates. This was followed by a presentation from Melvin Xavier, the Global Network Director of Cold Chain Connect and the African Logistics Network, EMERGE FREIGHT ALLIANCE, who shared effective networking tips. The 'Newbie Open Mic' session provided an opportunity for Neptune's new members to introduce themselves and their companies.

Mark Millar also delivered a keynote speech on the end of globalization. The morning session also included presentations by Dr. Vivian Castelino, PhD, from Frontline Logistics LLC (United Arab Emirates) and Amin Altaf from Servotech Shipping (Pakistan), who represented the Diamond Sponsors.

The main highlight of the Annual Event was the 'Face-to-Face Meetings,' where more than 320 Consolidators & LCL Forwarders from all over the world connected with new members and strengthened existing relationships. It proved to be a fruitful day of networking and collaboration.

Day 3 of the conference ended with the Neptune Sunset Cruise, making #NeptuneinSaigon even more special. After a long day of face-to-face meetings, the NEPTUNE Consolidators & LCL Forwarders relaxed, grooved into the music, and enjoyed drinks while cruising in the bay of Ho Chi Minh. During the cruise, a 5-year Loyalty and Neptune Best Golfer Awarding Ceremony took place.

After a full day of Face-to-Face Meetings, the NEPTUNE Consolidators & LCL Forwarders gathered for the Neptune Closing Happy Hour to raise a toast and wrap up the conference. This closing celebration marked the end of an amazing NEPTUNE partnership networking event. Beyond business partnerships, the conference served as a platform for creating priceless and unconditional friendships.
